Technique of Window box chocolate chip biscuits

Heat broiler to 180C/160C fan/gas 4. Gently oil within the terracotta pots with somewhat vegetable oil and place on a heating plate. Place a paper small biscuit case in the base of every pot.
Put the flour, heating powder and cocoa in a dish and mix in the sugar.
Split the egg into a container and speed with the milk and remaining oil. Pour this over the flour and cocoa blend, and mix in with 50g of the chocolate chips. Be mindful so as not to overmix – you need a free but rather still very knotty blend. Spoon into the pots up to seventy five percent full. Place amidst the broiler and heat for 12-15 mins until risen and firm. Exchange to a wire rack (still in the pots) and leave to cool.
Put whatever remains of the chocolate contributes a little bowl and liquefy over a little dish of tenderly stewing water (don't give the water a chance to touch the dish), or put in a microwave-confirmation bowl and warmth on High for 1 min until softened.
Spread the highest points of the biscuits with the dissolved chocolate. Sprinkle over the chocolate enrichments and include 2 rice paper wafer daisies to every pot to serve. Will keep for 2 days in an impenetrable compartment.
